My Sweet Boy!

Here are some images I got while out with Ethan the other day at Chester Frost Park. I have to brag on him, because he did so good. He actually stood still long enough for me to push the shutter button and not end up with a blurred blob! I know other moms know how hard it is to get pictures of their toddlers at this age. So I was really glad to get these. I didn't think it was possible to get one with him looking at the camera and smiling either. We hadn't been there that long and he said "Mommy are we done taking pictures?" And he says it in the cutest voice ever! Hopefully one day he'll get used to it and pose for the camera. I love him so much.

Darling Sisters

These are my nieces. Are they not gorgeous! They are so sweet and we had a lot of fun during the shoot. It has been awhile since I photographed them so I wasn't sure if they'd be up for it, but they did great and Sydney, the youngest (who is only 3), couldn't wait to pose! I love them both so much!

Beautiful family of four

While vacationing at the beach in Florida I photographed my sister and her family. It was such a beautiful morning and we had nice even lighting. My favorite is the first, of course! I was actually taking pictures of my sister and brother-in-law and looked over at the boys and saw this perfect photo opportunity. Moments like these are priceless! They are just so precious! I love you guys. Hope you enjoy these!

Ethan- 2 years old

I decided to take Ethan out while at the beach, for some more formal pictures since he just had his 2nd birthday. He now has a better understanding of what mommy is doing when I get behind my camera. So, of course he immediately takes off in the opposite direction and wants nothing to do with it. I think I can expect this for awhile! :) But after chasing him around for a bit, I managed to capture exactly what I was hoping for. In image #5, I was lucky enough to get him looking at me, only because he was being silly and trying to take his shirt off. He is the cutest little guy ever and I love him!

Happy 2nd Birthday to Ethan!

All the kids had such a great time jumping on the moonwalk. It was a hit for sure!

Oops! Elmo without a nose :)

This is my friend Heather's little boy, Aaron, who shares a birthday with Ethan. Happy Birthday Aaron!

Ethan was so happy to finally get some cake. He'd been begging for some from the time we picked it up at the bakery.

This is his silly grin!

Still being silly!

Ethan with his grandmother Lepere

He got a lot of help from his cousin Alex with opening presents.

I love this shot.

He really got into it.

I love this-- so intently trying to open his smarties candy!

It's unbelieveable to think that Ethan is now 2. On the day of his party, everyone had left and I put him down for his nap, then I started to cry(overwhelmed with emotions as usual). It just seemed like yesterday that he was born and now he's TWO. Time flashes before your eyes and then its gone--- I just wish he could stay this little for just a bit longer. He's getting so big and becoming more and more independent everyday. He's always telling me "Mommy let me do it please". On his first birthday he wasn't walking and was still a baby to me, but not anymore. You would think he was 3 or 4 by the way he talks. He amazes me everyday with the things he says. Sometimes I'm thinking where did he hear that word? I thank God everyday for him and look forward to watching him grow. I know he had a great time at his party and Rocky and I loved watching our precious little boy having so much fun! We love and appreciate all our friends and family who came to celebrate with us.

Any Day Now!

This past week I've been on vacation in Florida(keep checking back for those photos), so needless to say, I'm behind with all my postings. A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with my good friends Fred and Harriet-- who are expecting their sweet little one any day now! They're going to make terrific parents. I'm super excited for them to be embarking on the awesome journey of parenthood. It's the best experience I can think of. Congratulations Fred and Harriet! May God bless you and your new addition!
